Custom Order Terms and Conditions

By placing an order and making payment, you agree to all of the following terms.

1. Basic order fee (counseling fee)

  • For custom orders, a basic order fee (counseling fee) will be charged.
  • Required for each outfit
  • Payment is required in advance
  • Even if you do not proceed with production after the consultation, no refunds will be given.

2. About counseling

[Implementation Method]

  • In principle, the meeting will be held via video chat.
  • We do not provide consultations via text only.

[Approximate travel time]

  • First session: Approximately 60 minutes
  • Second time onwards: Approximately 30 minutes

3. Extension of counseling time

Counseling sessions are expected to be completed within the allotted time. If the session goes beyond the allotted time, it will be considered an extension.

[Procedure for extension]

  • If an extension is required, we will confirm it on the spot.
  • A payment link will be sent after the consultation.
  • After confirming payment, we will confirm the details or proceed to the next step.

[Extension fee]

  • 30 minutes: 3,000 yen

4. Cancellation Policy

[Cancellation due to customer convenience]
 No refunds will be given for any reason.

The following all fall under "customer convenience":

  • I changed my mind
  • It was different from the image
  • Anxiety about size
  • I didn't like the fabric
  • Judgment based on opinions of family members and third parties
  • Delayed communication, no communication, or neglect

5. Post-production corrections and handling of defects

[If there is a mistake on our part]

  • Correctable content → Free of charge in Senegal or Japan
  • Serious defects that cannot be corrected → Only if we determine that this is our fault, we will either reproduce the product, provide a partial refund, or provide a full refund at our discretion.

[Items that do not qualify as deficiencies]

The following are not considered deficiencies:

  • Differences in wearability and preferences
  • Differences in impression and atmosphere
  • Incorrect size specification
  • Changes in body shape during and after production

6. Changes to fabrics and specifications

[Fabric change]

  • Upgrade: Only additional fees apply
  • Downgrade: No refund of difference

[Specification change]

  • In principle, changes are not permitted after production has begun.
  • In exceptional cases, a separate processing fee will be charged.

7. Size and Errors

  • It is made based on standard sizes.
  • Due to the material characteristics and manual manufacturing process, there is an acceptable range of ±5cm.
  • Corrections due to incorrect size specification are not possible.
  • Please note that the pattern and color may vary depending on the cutting position and design .
